This is a training course on meditation for everyone, even for those who is not familiar this concept.

For those who want to change something in their lives through meditation. Whether it is dealing with stress, self-understanding, the search for truth, increasing one's efficiency, finding the meaning of life and personal destiny, etc.
Dada Sadananda inspires many with his example, wisdom, eloquence. It is important to understand that these qualities are the result of regular long-standing practice, which is available to everyone.



Thanks to it, a person can find the same wisdom and versatility within him/herself. He/she learns to quickly and effectively answer any question in his/her life with the help of what has been revealed during the meditation.

For whom?
Some people think that the call to improve the situation in the world through meditation is tantamount to the call to passivity. Like, sit on the couch, meditate and do nothing. This is not the message. The message is that our actions are more constructive with a clear head and good emotions. It is not necessary to fuss, it is better to increase the efficiency of our actions, to let our intellect and intuition work together. Meditation develops reasonableness, and, therefore, is useful both for a single individual and for the world as a whole.

How does the project change a person and the world?
Everyone who has groped understanding and self-confidence in meditation strives to make the world around him better.

But what is "making the world a better place"? Does the universal "better" exist? Meditation allows everyone to find answers to these questions, to continuously improve and act as rationally and sympathetically as possible.

The first video tutorials on meditation were filmed amateurishly, without high expectations. But they turned out to be very useful and in demand. The audience were asking questions, requesting to hold offline events with practices and record new videos.

People left hundreds of comments, waiting for the answer. It became impossible to lead the project through the efforts of 2-3 people, so we began to form a team.

At first, the whole team consisted only of volunteers who were helping out of the desire to be involved in a good cause. But their efforts alone were not enough. Specialists in programming, design, layout and many others were required.

"Meditation Steps" is a non-profit project, all educational materials are free and accessible for everyone.

Therefore, we asked subscribers for support. We were able to attract professionals to the team with their donations. Thanks to that, two years ago we launched the mobile application "Meditation Steps" and we have been constantly developing it and the course itself.

They care about the project
In the near future we are planning to release a detailed introduction to meditation, which will precede the current Basic Course, so those who have never heard the word "meditation" will be able to master it.
Plans for the future
The second version of the original Basic Meditation Course has been released to date. It contains the technique of meditation, visual animation, nice graphics and all the practices that help a beginner to meditate.

But this course is easier for those who have at least some idea of meditation or those who regularly watch our YouTube channel or have enough patience and perseverance.
